Preparation for Exam: Hydration is the key for getting a better and clearer image. We recommend drinking plenty of water 2-3 days prior to your appointment and eating a small snack or drinking something sweet 20-30 minutes on the day of the appointment. Suggested snacks are fresh fruits, fruit juice and a small meal.
